Take whole tomato cut

Stuffing ,,,Add salt, mirchi pdr,haldi corriender pdr,lahsun(optional)etc in besan add 2,3 tbs oil
Fill tomatoes and chillies with besan stuffing
Heat a kadhai or steamer,(hot water),put stuff tomatoesband cchillies in a plate steam for 8, -10 minutes
Baghar,,,,in a pan put rest oil add hing ,jeera rai cracled
Add steamed tomatoes chillies cook 2-5minutes
